HOWTO: Connect to Sensaria SonicWALL Scotts Valley NetExtender VPN (if Mobile Connect does not work)

If you have been instructed by Sensaria IT to install NetExtender, please follow the below instructions. Please note that NetExtender requires system administrator credentials to install. If you do not have administrator credentials, please use SonicWALL Mobile Connect instead.

1. Install the Dell SonicWALL NetExtender VPN client for Windows from here:
   http://utilities.human-ism.com/netextender.msi
2. Connect to the VPN Server:
   1. Launch the SonicWALL NetExtender VPN Application by clicking on the Desktop
      shortcut
   2. Enter your VPN credentials:
      1. Server: vpn-sv.bayphoto.com:443
         Username: <your email>@sensaria.com  (Note: there is no sensaria.com/ prefix to your email address like in Mobile Connect)
         Password: <your password>
         Domain: sensaria.com (this is case sensitive)
   3. Click Connect:
   4. TROUBLESHOOTING: Most issues with NetExtender can be fixed by rebooting. Password resets are not enabled, so please see the parent article for how to reset your password via the separate RDS server.
