Most likely this is due to being out of licenses in the gravityzone control console. Note that there is a "deleted items" folder where computers that have been deleted go, and these computers still count toward that max count of computers.
Doing a repair install of Bitdefender by launching the most recent version download can also force it to re-acquire a license, but usually it's that you're actually out of licenses.
